Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop into a store manager. This full-time hourly supervisory program provides hands-on assignments and training under Store Manager or District Manager.

You will learn leadership, coaching, and customer service, drive sales, manage product, and lead the team while upholding GNC values and the Live Well brand. SMITs work five days a week with required nights, weekends, and store-specific scheduling.

Qualifications

• Fast-track leadership path toward Store Manager.
• Willing to work full-time with variable schedule.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Ability to lead a team and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations as part of a management team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to teammates.
• Assist in driving sales, managing inventory, and executing store initiatives.
• Participate in opening/closing and cash handling per GNC procedures.
• Represent the GNC brand and Live Well messaging to customers.
