Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in a full-time hourly supervisory role. The program accelerates your path to store management under seasoned leaders, focusing on coaching a team, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll gain hands-on responsibility for store operations, product management, and customer relationships while upholding GNC’s Live Well philosophy and brand standards across the designated market.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the store team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations with the Store Manager or District Manager.

• Open/close the store, manage cash, inventory, and deposits.
• Engage with community events to represent the organization.
