Job summary

GNC is offering a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in a full-time hourly supervisory role. You will learn to manage a store under supervision, drive for results, coach your team, and promote the Live Well brand while upholding company policies.

You will support daily operations, sales initiatives, and customer experience, with opportunities for promotion to Store Manager based on performance in the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations, business performance and product management.
• Represent the GNC brand with expert product knowledge and Live Well messaging.
• Engage with leaders in training initiatives and promotion paths.
• Support the shopping experience, visual/operational elements and sales initiatives.
• Aim to meet/exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Build strong teams, provide feedback, recruit and manage performance.
• Handle opening/closing, cash, inventory counts and deposits per procedures.
• Attend community events to promote the organization and initiatives.
