Job summary

GNC’s Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program is a development-focused role designed to prepare you to manage your own store under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager.

You will learn to lead, coach, and support your team to deliver exceptional service, work on daily operations, product management, and customer relationships, while representing the GNC brand and Live Well message. This is a full-time hourly supervisory position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• SMIT is a fast-track program to store management.
• You will lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service.
• Must work five days per week, about 40 hours, with evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and operate the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory.
• Lead and train team, drive for results and promote the Live Well message.
• Oversee daily store operations, product management, and customer relationships.
• Represent GNC brand and sales initiatives.
