GNC in the United States is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop you into a store leader. Under supervision of a Store Manager or District Manager, this hands-on program teaches you the skills to operate your own store, drive for results, and lead your team.

SMITs are expected to meet sales goals, manage daily operations, participate in community events, and uphold GNC values. This full-time hourly role offers growth opportunities and a pathway to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• SMIT is a development path to store management.

• Ability to lead, coach, and support a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store operations with the Store Manager.
• Drive sales and customer experience, including MYGNC Rewards.
• Recruit, hire, and manage performance.
• Open/close the store and handle cash/inventory.
