• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations (front-end and pharmacy).
• Shadow Store Manager to gain supervisory experience across opening/closing and tasks.
• Develops and implements plans to improve customer experience and store performance.
• Participates in learning rotations across stores and completes required SOPs and certifications.
