The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training staff to meet sales goals. You will also supervise daily operations and provide an engaging customer experience in a dynamic retail environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced setting are essential. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• 6–12 months retail sales experience.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
