Job summary

Fastrac is seeking a Manager In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a convenience store and support the Store Manager and team. You will participate in a structured training path with seasoned leaders and gain exposure to retail, guest service, and vendors while preparing to lead a store.

The role offers full-time hours, with multiple shifts, including weekends. Growth within our bench leadership team is emphasized, along with a strong customer service focus and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in retail, guest service or restaurant is preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock 100% in‑stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs for stores with hot food.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, coffee station and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager in food service operations and other duties as assigned.
