Job summary

Oasis Stop 'N Go in Bellevue, ID is seeking an Assistant Manager to train as a store manager under supervision. You will support daily store operations, handle deposits, manage inventory, and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, computer and Passport POS experience, and flexibility for rotating shifts. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $27.00, with opportunities to lead and grow within the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age to sell alcohol.
• Minimum 3 months experience in customer service associate role or equivalent retail.
• Background check.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Able to solve problems in sometimes challenging circumstances.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Occasionally requires lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. Frequently requires lifting and moving up to 25 pounds.
• Must be in physically good shape and able to stand during the entire work shift.
• Able to operate Passport cash register and count change to customers.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits excellence in customer service and resolves customer concerns.
• Enter all sales in the Passport at the time of sale.
• Brew coffee and stock beverages and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and restrooms.
• Check-in vendor deliveries and ensure invoiced products are received.
• Complete daily paperwork and deposits when needed.
• Restock shelves and maintain display and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain exterior areas including fuel pumps and parking lot.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Cooperate with store manager and leadership and help train other employees.
