Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age to sell alcohol.
• Minimum 12 months experience in customer service or retail.
• Minimum 3 months as an assistant manager or equivalent.
• Background check.
• Available to work any shift.
• Time & organizational management.
• Able to solve problems in challenging circumstances.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and frequently up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits excellence in customer service and resolves concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Hire, train and develop store team members; supervise staff per policy.
• Enter sales and manage daily operations with focus on safety, cleanliness and stock.
• Maintain store standards, pricing accuracy and attractive displays; supervise promotions.
• Monitor and enforce merchandising, vendor policies and store procedures.
• Complete daily paperwork, deposits and reporting; respond to emergencies as needed.
