Job summary

Oasis Stop 'N Go in Bellevue, ID is seeking an Assistant Manager to learn store-manager duties and support daily operations of the convenience store. You will greet customers, handle deposits, stock shelves, supervise shifts, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

This role requires reliable supervision, strong communication, and readiness to fill in for the store manager as needed. Minimum 3 months retail experience and legal age to sell alcohol are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years old to sell alcohol.
• Minimum 3 months experience in customer service or retail.
• Background check.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
• Able to operate Passport cash register.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits excellence in customer service; greet and thank customers and resolve concerns.
• Report to work on time, neat, in uniform, and maintain store appearance.
• Enter all sales in Passport at time of sale and prepare deposits when needed.
• Restock shelves and coolers, check for out-of-date merchandise, and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete daily paperwork and participate in team meetings; follow safety guidelines.
• Assist in coaching other employees and support store manager during absences.
