Responsibilities

• Create a work culture that makes the store inviting to work in.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members; lead effective huddles and meetings.
• Delegate tasks and set priorities; monitor training and scheduling.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Review promotions and customer surveys; adjust programs with Area Manager as needed.
• Maintain store operations with attention to loss prevention and regulatory adherence.
