Job summary

You will lead a multimillion-dollar retail unit, drive customer experience, develop team members, and uphold financial and regulatory standards in a dynamic liquor retail environment. The role requires 3+ years in retail, supervisory experience, TAP/Rserving certification preferred, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory and/or management experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; TAP or Rserving certification.
• First-Aid Certification is considered an asset.
• Training in wine/beer/spirits (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a large store team to achieve targets.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve issues.
• Create and manage weekly schedules balancing labor and revenue.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (OHS, LP, TAP/Rserving, AK ABC).
