Rent-A-Center in McKees Rocks, PA is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead daily sales and customer service initiatives, under RAC's Store Manager Development Program. You will set goals, supervise sales activities, manage collections, and drive store profitability while safeguarding assets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail/management, a valid driver's license, and a proven leadership or service mindset. RAC offers development, consistent schedules, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record; company vehicles will be driven.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rentals, monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow up on delinquent accounts, train staff on procedures.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, control inventory and cash handling.
• Coworker Management: train, schedule, recruit and hire to maintain customer service excellence.
