Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise staff and assist with recruiting and staffing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, merchandising and store operations.
• Experience with cash handling, deposits and loss prevention.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising, staging, stocking and pricing according to store direction.
• Participate in inventory management, audits, damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Follow prescribed ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and model company policies.
• Support store opening and closing activities and cash controls.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities for cost control and improvement.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines.
