Provide underserved customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will do meaningful work and make a difference in our customers' lives!

A day in the life of a Store Manager in Training:

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities, oversee and direct coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor results for sales as measured by revenue and growth
• Account Management: Oversee collection activities, follow-up on accounts requiring manager intervention, approve customer commitments, and provide leadership and training to ensure coworker compliance
• Leadership: Manage store resources to achieve profit goals, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling, security, and resolve issues promptly
• Coworker Management: Train and develop coworkers, organize daily activities, recruit and hire, maximize retention, and manage customer service standards

Minimum requirements include:

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training
• Proficiency in store operation applications
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record, as you'll be driving company vehicles
