Insomnia Cookies is actively hiring a full-time hourly Store Manager in Training (MIT) for our new Tulsa, OK bakery located at 505 E 2nd St, Space 8, Tulsa, OK 74120. We seek hospitality-focused individuals eager to join our rapidly growing, nationally recognized company.

Role Responsibilities
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts in the absence of the Store Ops Manager (GM)
  • Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in sales and delivery roles
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, Delivery Drivers)
  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and scheduling
  • Ensure staff adherence to company standards and policies
  • Drive customer service excellence and upselling efforts
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews
  • Point of Sale (POS) system experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Availability for a 4-5 day workweek, including 1-2 late shifts (Thurs-Sun)
  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
