Responsibilities
  1. Sales: Set and oversee sales goals, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue growth.
  2. Account Management: Manage collections, follow up on accounts, and ensure compliance with procedures.
  3. Leadership: Manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, oversee inventory and cash handling, and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Coworker Management: Train and develop staff, organize daily activities, recruit, and enhance customer service.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3-5 years retail/management experience
  • Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program
  • Proficiency in store operation applications
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
