Now Hiring: Selling Store Manager

The Furniture Warehouse – Southwest Florida

Join one of Southwest Florida’s leading independent furniture chains! The Furniture Warehouse is a successful, family-owned company with six thriving locations. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Store Manager with proven sales and leadership experience to drive results and lead our sales team to success.

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for both personal selling and managing the performance and development of the sales team at one of our retail locations, spread out between (Sarasota, FL - Ellenton, FL - Bradenton, FL - Venice, FL - Port Charlotte, FL areas.)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
  2. Provide hands-on training in sales techniques and product knowledge
  3. Manage store staffing schedules and ensure full sales floor coverage
  4. Supervise a Floor Coordinator in store presentation, design layout, and product tagging

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in commission-based sales, preferably in the furniture industry
  2. Minimum 3 years of sales or retail management experience
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. Competitive earnings: $75,000–$120,000, including base salary, commission, and bonuses
