Job summary

The candidate will participate in merchandising, inventory controls, reporting, and adherence to company policies to ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; leadership potential or experience preferred.
• Experience in leadership or managerial roles is preferred.
• Experience in a retail grocery environment is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, diagrams, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support store merchandising, staging, stocking, and pricing per store guidance.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns, scans, and related paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and model company policies.
• Contribute to opening/closing store activities and security procedures.
