The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development-focused role crafted to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.
The SMIT program supports your development as a future store leader through a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, including virtual and hands-on learning experiences with support from your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Promotion to Store Manager is not guaranteed and depends on performance and opening availability.

Time type: Full-time
Pay range: $18.50 - $23.88 per hour, based on experience, education, and location.
