Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Ability to supervise and train employees in equipment, tools, and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Computer skills or ability to acquire them, including report analysis, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities And Skills

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to maintain site standards.

• Maintain all site documentation.
• Supervise report completion and merchandise presentation.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Manage budgets and merchandise margins.
• Safeguard financial transactions.
• Perform financial analyses to enhance sales.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks for cleaning and maintenance.
• Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
