In conjunction with the Regional Manager, recruit, interview, and recommend for hire store staff. Train and supervise the store staff. Provide personnel reviews, review and approve time and attendance, and ensure compliance with regulations and trainings.
The physical requirements include regularly standing, using hands, hearing, talking, walking, reaching, and occasionally climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, and focus adjustment. The work environment is a store with potential dust, temperature fluctuations, and noise. May stand for extended periods.
May require travel for work or training. Work is in a retail/store environment, full-time, with weekend and evening hours. Employees must support the religious mission of The Salvation Army.
