**Qualifications**

  • 2 years' experience in staff management and development or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven retail management experience.

**Skills & Abilities**

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early/late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer skills including POS systems, payroll, Microsoft Office, and other relevant programs.
  • Good manual dexterity and sensory abilities.

**Certifications**

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must pass a motor vehicle record search.

**Physical Requirements**

  • Ability to stand, use hands, handle, feel, hear, and talk regularly.
  • Ability to walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Specific vision abilities required.

**Work Environment**

  • Retail store environment with typical noise levels.
  • May be dusty with temperature fluctuations.
  • May require standing for extended periods.

**Travel**

  • May require travel for work or training, including monthly management training.
