Job summary

Buckle is hiring a Management Trainee in Novi, MI, to develop sales, merchandizing and operational skills while supporting store leadership. You will work with the Store Manager to recruit, train and mentor Teammates, assist in daily operations, and prepare to assume Store Manager responsibilities in the future.

This role emphasizes guest service and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should be customer-focused, ready to travel within district if needed, and eager to join

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Experience leading teammates or training others is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with store operations including merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning.
• Support Store Manager by recruiting, coaching and mentoring Teammates.
