The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is a development role designed to prepare you for a future Store Manager position. Over 16 weeks, you'll participate in self-paced and collaborative training, including virtual and hands-on experiences, supported by leaders such as your District Leader, HR Business Partner, and Store Manager coach.

• Merchandising and sales support strategies.
• Inventory and asset management to ensure profitability.

Promotion to Store Manager is not guaranteed and depends on performance and available openings. Requirements include:

• Willingness to accept a promotion at any location within the market.
• Ability to transfer within CVS stores in the market.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
• High School diploma or GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Additional Details:

• Weekly hours: 45
• Type: Full-time
• Pay Range: $18.50 - $30.64 per hour, based on experience and location.
