Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Ability to perform essential duties, responsibilities, and work in described conditions.
- Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment, tools, and materials as per CSR and ASM roles.
- Ability to manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
- Computer skills for report analysis, inventory, cash control, etc.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities And Skills
Leadership and Management
- Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage site organization, stock, and cleanliness to company standards.
- Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
- Schedule staff to maximize service and site appearance.
- Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, and separating employees.
Site Relationships
- Build positive relationships with suppliers.
- Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Promote a safe, positive community image.
Training and Development
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
- Train employees on customer service, site image, and safety.
Communication
- Ensure timely communication with staff and management.
- Hold regular meetings with staff and managers.
Organizing and Planning
- Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
- Maintain all site files and manuals.
- Ensure accurate and timely report completion.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, displayed, and priced.
- Post employment posters and signs accessibly.
Financial
- Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
- Budget and forecast P&L, manage margins.
- Safeguard cash and financial records.
- Perform financial analyses to improve sales and profits.
Working Conditions
- Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
- Occasional exposure to cold temperatures and noise.
- Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating leadership.
