The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is a development-focused position designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program spans 16 weeks and includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop your leadership skills.
Support from your leadership team, including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach, will guide your growth.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $28.67 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
