Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of retail management experience, or a HS diploma with 5 years’ retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under the Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in opening/closing shifts and staff supervision.
• Lead customer service improvements and staff development across store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and safety standards.
