Job summary

Walgreens in United States (Las Cruces region) seeks a candidate for an accelerated Store Manager development track. You will learn full store operations across front-end and pharmacy while shadowing the Store Manager and completing rotations in area stores.

Expect classroom, online, and on-the-job training, with ongoing development discussions. Qualified candidates pursue pharmacy tech licensure and PTCB certification as required by state law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.
• Preferred: PTCB Certification and additional managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to lead front-end and pharmacy store operations.
• Learn SOPs across departments and complete accelerated development track.
• Support customer experience by coaching staff and resolving issues quickly.
