Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow or assist Store Manager in opening/closing shifts and supervising team members.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve store and pharmacy results.
• Participate in development plans and rotations to prepare for Store Manager assignment.
