The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program aims to enhance your career as a future store leader through a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, including virtual and hands-on learning experiences. Support for your development includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
