The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.
The SMIT program aims to enhance your career as a future store leader through a self-paced, collaborative 16-week training program.
We offer virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop your leadership skills. Your support team includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.
Promotion to Store Manager is not guaranteed; it depends on performance and open positions.

Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.88 per hour
