The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training program. This program includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences led by a team of mentors including your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
