Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Fuquay-Varina, NC, is seeking a Store Manager in Training to drive sales, manage accounts, and lead store operations. You will set and monitor goals, oversee staff, approve rental agreements, and ensure effective collections and customer service.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of retail/management experience and will complete RAC's Store Manager Development Program. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required as company vehicles are used.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – You WILL be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee sales activities, approve rentals, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account management: oversee collections, follow up on accounts needing manager intervention, provide leadership.
• Leadership: monitor profits, manage resources, ensure policy compliance, control inventory and cash handling; resolve issues.
