Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Erie. You will drive sales, lead a team, and oversee account management while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policy.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail/management, completion of RAC's development program, and a valid driver’s license. You will receive comprehensive benefits, a consistent schedule, and weekly pay with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals related to the store's sales activities and oversee coworker sales.
• Oversee account management, follow-up on collections, approve commitments, and train staff in procedures.
• Monitor profits, control inventory and pricing, manage cash handling and store security.
