Job summary

Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead daily sales activities, manage accounts, and participate in the Store Manager Development Program.

You will set goals, supervise staff, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue, and protect company assets while delivering great customer service. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities
