Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Mississippi (Horn Lake) invites an aspiring Store Manager in Training to join our team and drive daily sales while developing managerial skills. You will direct sales activities, oversee customer accounts, and lead coworkers through our store operations and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective training, and hands-on experience with inventory control, pricing, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record - You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities and monitor revenue growth.
• Account management: oversee collections and approve customer commitments, train coworkers on procedures.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, handle inventory, pricing, and cash.
• Co-worker management: train, schedule, hire, and retain staff to deliver exceptional service.
