Availability - Shift/Days: Flexible Availability

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Supervise and train staff in equipment, tools, and materials per job descriptions.
• Manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Proficient in computer skills relevant to inventory, reports, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills:

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site organization, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Maintain professional image and schedule staff effectively.

Site Relationships

• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Training and Development

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Ensure staff are trained in customer service, safety, and site standards.

Communication

• Ensure timely and effective communication with staff and management.

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
• Maintain site files and reports.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Manage budgets and merchandise margins.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work; outdoor tasks as needed.
• Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
• Work independently and demonstrate leadership.
