Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Work with Store Manager to plan and execute selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager’s absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance across departments to customers and employees.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to help profitability.
• Direct staff to meet departmental responsibilities and standards.
