Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure extraordinary customer service per manuals and promotions.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information via internal controls and report fraud risks.
