Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadows Store Manager to learn opening/closing, staffing, and merchandising tasks.
• Learns SOPs across front-end and pharmacy and gains knowledge of systems and software.
• Analyzes store performance data and supports action planning to improve sales and cost control.
• Supports customer experience by coaching staff and resolving customer issues.
• Maintains compliance with laws and company policies; protects store assets.
