Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the duties of the Store Manager role and develop leadership and operational skills. You will deliver Legendary Customer Experience, build the team, drive sales, and manage inventory, profit, and expenses to reduce shrink.

This program also emphasizes promoting a safe, inclusive, and productive store environment with focused training on budgeting, paperwork, and merchandising standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining efficient team members.
• Delivering on the Legendary Customer Service through GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend product solutions, Add value & Appreciate).
• Create a welcoming environment and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across team members, customers, suppliers and communities.

Education
