The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is a development-focused program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It involves a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, combining virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
Support for your development includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.
Note: Selection does not guarantee promotion; promotion depends on performance and availability.
Weekly hours: 45
Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $18.50 - $28.67/hour, depending on experience and location.
