Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store under the direction of the Store Manager.
• Shadows Store Manager, gaining experience supervising the operation of the store and team members.
• Supports store operations by shadowing or assisting the Store Manager in leading the store during the learning journey.
• Learns and implements compliance SOPs across front-end and pharmacy; learns to use Walgreens HR and people management systems.
