Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, oversee hiring and daily operations, and drive exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

You will be responsible for directing staff, meeting financial goals, and delivering high-quality service while benefitting from paid training and opportunities for growth within the Panda Express family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and support a team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Complete the 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
