Panda Express in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single store’s operations. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
