CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences.
You’ll be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to develop as a leader and be ready for promotion to store management.

The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development focused role that is crafted to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program is designed to enhance your career as a future store leader. We support your development towards the store manager role through a self‑paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks. You will receive both virtual and hands‑on learning experiences to develop you as a leader, supported by your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Time Type: Full time
Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.88 per hour (base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
