Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Support visual and operational elements and guest relationships to drive sales.
• Promote loyalty programs and guest benefits.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain high‑performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding and training prior to opening or closing shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and breaks.
• Lead the store team to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders and manage inventories.
