Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and manage store operations.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with gaming needs.
• Promote omni-channel orders and customer loyalty programs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop associates.
• Ensure onboarding and compliance training before shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll/time-off.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Lead team to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
